The U.S. Constitution and personal protection

I am trying to discover if the U.S. constitution gives each citizen the right to be protected from harm. Physical or any sort of harm. Not necessarily protection in and of yourself only. I have been trying to see where it would state that a person may not harm another or something along those lines but have been unable to do so.
Any help will be appreciated, thank you!
 

The bill of rights is that protection

It is the Bill of Rights! Protects us from the courts self incrimination, and tyranny in general
 
"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.", sounds like a protection to me. Then again there's always the Ten Commandments.
