It is the weekend, I will be partaking of this chore bad back and all. I suggest you get out and try 3 miles in 1 hour with your bob/vest. If you can't do it then rethink your position.

I am trying to challenge ordinary people to do something military/LEO types do on a regular basis. I would love to see more of us step up and start doing for ourselves health wise. It will only help us all out in the long run.I love seeing the interesting things posted in the survival forum. Funny. I recently completed 12-miles with a heavier load in under 3 hours....does that count? We do it every 3 months or so.

1. make fire without matches/lighter/zippo
2. make a shelter
3. purify water
4. look for local food (plants and critters)
5. practice climbing skills
6. practice first aid skills
7. practice orienteering skills
