Seriously? How did you get it the first time and why ask here? You should just ask your sheriff's dept. as they have all the answers you seek.

you have to go to Mississippi and apply there. DUH

Welcome to the forum. You can go online to your state police website and look for a "firearms" link. I suggest you do this immediately as sometimes the issue time can leave people unarmed for awhile. In Michigan you can apply for renewal 6 months prior to expiration. I hope you didn't wait too long.
