Remembering Pearl Harbor

70 years ago today our Nation was attacked at Pearl Harbor. Let us take a moment to remember, reflect and teach our youth. Freedom is Never FREE,

My wife's late uncle was at Pearl Harbor. He was a Navy fighter pilot and survived the Japanese attack. He later participated in the Battle of Midway Island, and his plane was the only plane in his squadron to return to the carrier. He lived until the 1980s. May his soul rest in peace.

God bless him.
I was fortunate enough to be able to visit Pearl Harbor with my mom when I was around 14 years old.
I'll never forget it.
I clearly remember that you could still see oil ever so slowly seeping out of one of the sunken vessels.
