We broke our decapping pin on a Redding universal die, called the company and in three days received a new one, no charge.
Not at all, just with me at the time. Been reloading since 1974, I have no idea how I did this.Is this a common point of failure for this product?
Many years ago, before we had the Dillon 550, a buddy advised us to make sure we had no distractions while loading due to the possible mistakes that could be made. So, before talking with anyone who might show up we finish our sequence and stop. Sound advice.Reloading is a very "tactical" pastime, IMHO.
