You may find you and your child are dismissed from the school. A private preschool has no requirement to allow your child to attend. C'mon, this is where you guys lose my support. You know this will scare people. In some states a private pre-school is governed by state education law and qualifies as a school. Just leave the damn thing in the car.Our son is going to pre-school in a few days and in a few hours we have a meet and greet. I have my permit just trying to decide if I should open carry. Most other places I would carry no question even if there where signs saying other wise. But I guess I am just a bit nervous to carry in a school even though its legal for me to do so.

Most states its illeagal to carry any kind weapon where children are.
Navy, how are you?Unless it is prohibited by state law, I must ask WHY?!?
Do you leave your gun in the car because some poeple MIGHT be scared of a gun?
It seems to me like carrying the gun concealed would be a much more rational option rather than leaveing the gun in the car based upon the supposition that some people might be scared of a responsible parent. Why is it that we must be so scared of people scared of guns?
??????????? Does that mean I can't carry at restaurants, grocery stores, fairs, zoos, banks, coffee shops, and barber shops? If that is true I should be in jail. I OC with my kids everywhere I go. I'm glad I'm in WA with NavyLCDR. If I couldn't carry a weapon around children I would be housebound. Oh wait, I couldn't even live in my house because of the kids there. I know, since I'm not currently working I will start a pre-school that requires parents to carry. Sorry, but my sarcasm always gets to me.Most states its illegal to carry any kind weapon where children are. Check the laws first. I think open carry is kind of foolish at a pre school.
