I have no idea. I think its one of those "unwritten" things around here about open carry. Most police will just check you out, here in Indiana, to see that you have a permit and leave you alone after that. In Indiana, you can open carry only if you have a permit. The permits here say Licence to carry a Handgun, not Concealed Carry.
