novak sights company,BAD COMPANY to do deal with

Had a set a fiber optic put on a sti 45 lawman, for 3 months trying to get it sighted in no luck, called them a couple times not really no help, last I talk to them was last monday, after telling them the sight might not be made right they ask me why I thought that. I said its seems to very loose , so they told me that they would send a ups tag threw computer nothing came, So I took the novak off put the one back on the gun that came with it went to the range and it was back to shooting great again, so in short novak sight company does not stand behine there products,telling me that it was not a good idea to get a full set of fiber. or send it back and we can put the same sight that on it now, said why should I send it in its shooting great now, send your stuff to Dawson precision I will from now on,
