Newbie, with perhaps an odd question.

:) I have a Sticky holster that is similar to the Remora. It is the one I prefer so far. I just have to figure out the whole sitting with it thing.

Chris- sitting, kneeling, stooping & squatting is one of the main reasons both my wife & I prefer AIWB. Not only is AIWB better from a tactical (readiness & concealment) standpoint, it's a whole lot more comfortable than any other IWB position I've tried.

I like wearing my Remora by layering a longer camp under my top or wearing one of those fake layering things. They're called Hip-tees or trendy tops. Basically they are just a band that goes around your waist/hips. They would slow your draw a little but they really hold the remora close to your body. I like wearing more fitted tops and the layering really helps break up any printing. I wear at about the 4-5 oclock position on my hip.
 
I looked at the Crossbreed belly band. Does look sturdy. For my sig p238 I don't think I need the heavier molded compartment. Maybe for larger size guns. To me this would leave a much bigger imprint. I also hate belts. I'm not used to the Remora but I do have one. The holster box is growing!
 
I'm in st.Charles mo chris! Lol. I'm a new permit holder as well. I was nervous to carry a loaded gun too so I just didn't put one in the chamber until I was 100 percent comfortable. And I wasted alot of money on holsters trying to find the right one.lmao. I LOVE the tagua holster (inside the pants). I can like climb trees and **** with it:) it doesn't hurt when I play with my daughter.lmao constantly leaning and bending......

I thought the Crossbreed belly band would be better for my larger gun (Xdm) too but they only make it for smaller framed guns. I'd get it for my p238 but I think I've spent more on holsters for it than I paid for the gun!
 
I think the waste band would be akward, bulky, and HOT! lol. Idk tho, I can conceal my sub compact with just a wife beater and the "inside the pants holster":)

Thanks.lol. Made in U.S.A Only $25.. And when I wear sweatpants or basketball shorts I can jus put it in my pocket. I bought the serpa "concealment holster" and can't conceal it without a big coat. So don't buy that one unless u open carry or range purposes:)
