Minnesota plans to claim ownership of citizen's DNA

I hope the folks in MN raise cain about this. My daughter was born in Minnesota, but we now live in Alabama so I guess I don't count for signing petitions and such. Just found email address for Gov. Pawlenty, so I think I'll give him a nickle's worth.
