Ladies and gentlemen,

A couple questions:

1. I was wondering how many times you generally re-use media before switching it out.

2. How do you know that it is time?

3. What do you all think of Lyman's liquid "reactivator" for the media?

until it stops working....

I use mine until it takes too long to clean the brass. Can't say about 'reactivater' though.

I don't have a set time I just switch mine out after it starts to take to long to clean the brass. Here is another little secret. Go to your local pet store and buy some crushed walnut. You can get much more for a lot less and it works just as good. Flitz also makes a brass polish that I've had good results with. I believe the last bottle I bought was off Midwayusa.com
