I see the teaching of your so called loving god are shining through in the full glory of that murderous fictional friend. You sir, and others of your ilk, are why religion is such an ugly and destructive force in today's world. You differ from the radical muslims only in the name you use for your deity.
I also fully recognize that the world is going along as it always has, and always will, and man with his hate born in the fantasy of gods are pretty much behaving as delusional people will. You're probably not a bad person, and I pity your self-deprecation and focus on the gloom and doom negativity of believing in fairy tales. How utterly conflicted you must be, and how you strike out in a sad attempt to justify your blind hate of anyone that dares to dismiss your delusions.
I actually read as couple of those lists. Those are the most pathetic list of "end of the world events" I've ever seen. My favorite is one that says something about there being no credible threats for the support bowl. I'm too blind and ignorant to see God's plan in that one I guess. If I wanted to waste my day away doing nothing, I could come up with a similar list of headlines that show the wonderful things happening in the world. But if you're only looking for bad stuff, that's all you're going to find.

Ringo: I read your lists as you post them. Those I put in bold type are so easily explained from the Bible. Matthew, Chapter 24 gives an explanation of everything that is happening right now and, as said in the Bible, there are those who are blinded and can neither understand, nor except, what is happening. The Bible has predicted happenings for thousands of years with amazing accuracy but there are those who will not believe until they get right up to the end. There is no reason to respond to them because they are getting their jollies by thinking that they are putting Christians down. If one reads the Bible and the predictions it has made for today and still does not believe, I actually feel sorry for them. They are braying their way into perdition, laughing and feeling they have proved you wrong and demonstrated that religion is wrong, or at least to their way of thinking. They may deny it all they want but the day is soon coming when they will know the truth but it will be too late for them. I sincerely do pity them for what is waiting for them. But, keep on posting and rest assured that there are those who are reading and believing with you. Now, just wait, the naysayers will be chomping at the bit very soon and spewing their diatribe again. Guess it is time to ignore them and let them stew together.
