Anybody heard anything about Oklahoma HB 2951?

Just what the NRA has sent me. I know it is a re-hash of the constitutional carry bill they tried to push through in 2016.
From what I can tell, it basically is removing the provision of having to possess a Oklahoma handgun license in order to possess a firearm concealed or unconcealed under the self defense act.
