Has anyone used AGI?

I stumbled upon American Gunsmithing institutes website and was wondering if anyone has ever taken one of their online classes or armorer courses? Im very interested in their classes due to the low cost compared to campus based schools but im hesitant about signing up for gunsmithing classes that are online. Id love to make firearms part my career but the only available schooling in new england is online.

I bought one of their DVD gunsmith sets for a specific firearm I own. It is just a video of a guy talking and showing the function and disassembly of the weapon. While that doesn't answer your question, I did learn a lot of information that I dint know that I could have found by trial and error or Google-fu.

I have gotten and used some gun specific info/lessons from AGI. All of which have been very good. As far as certs/diplomas I got my Gunsmith Cert from Penn Foster and my Master Cert. from Phoenix Univ. AGI is expensive and a lot more technical in terms of bottom rung Gunsmith basics, that's why I started with Penn Foster. But I am still going to use AGI for Machine/Milling and a couple of other courses. Hope that gives you a little insight.
