Does my Certificate Expire?

I know this may sound silly, but I'm curious to know if my certificate from my Concealed Carry Class expires? I took the course back in 2012, but never sent everything in to get my permit. Would it still be valid to send in or would I need to do the course again?

Should be valid until a time when the requirements are changed dramatically. You should be good to go.

This is the page from USA Carry listing application requirements for training for Wisconsin. You may want to call your issuing department or office to verify as the id no time listed as to when you would have had to take the training. Call them. Don't be shy.
