Does federal law trump state law...

Could the US be pushing North Korea to act in order to institute marshall law to gain control.
Remember the LA riots the Korean business owners broke out their weapons and protected their stores from the looters and rioters. Their businesses were the ones that came through the riots still standing and more or less in tact.
Without knowing which of those citizens are or aren't N. Korean simpathizers what steps will this government be willing to take to end run The Constitution. The government did it with the Janpanese during WWII for the greater good, all just so much BS.
But this would give them an excuse to impliment marshall law and stage whatever gun grab they wanted without passing any new laws.
Since I don't see our government stepping on this piece of $hit to set an example to the rest of the world, I can see them using his threats to their own ends to force their own agenda. By-passing state law altogether with all its protections and voiding The Constitution at the same time. JMO

Instituting martial law would leave this country a smoking ruin. As much as I think they want to, they won't because nobody wants to be the dictator of nothing.

In answer to this, I submit that the Tenn Sheriff is wrong about State Law holding no weight. If State law is nullifying an unconstitutional federal law, it does have the weight of the Constitution behind it. Therefore arresting and jailing an agent for trying to enforce the unconstitutional law is legal. In which case, Deputize me, please!

To which I say, "I wouldn't put it past the scumbag in the whitehouse. He's looking for any excuse, and is in fact trying to get it started by tanking the economy. So I don't think he would be adverse to it coming from some attack from outside the continental US... in fact, he would probably welcome it. "

You're saying they can enforce the law?

USC Title 18 241 & 242 applies, they may arrest you. You file a crimminal charge thru USC 18 241 & 242f they do also you sue them under USC Title 42 1983.
