Dissarmed by officer upon traffic stop ? Wilson NC. WTF ?

Considering even my lawyer confirms that there is no legal authority in the state of Indiana for a police officer to disarm a LTCH carrier without at least RAS, I would think it would go quite well.

LOL...just make sure the ground you're standing on is soft when you say it. Grass is better than pavement or gravel when you're face down in it with a knee on the back of your neck.

"... and provide public safety" ... Don't be such a cop groupie. The "public safety" thing is the very ruse by which LEOs and government have circumvented our liberties more and more year after year. We're not safer and if we're to become safer then each of us must be enpowered more, not less. I'm in favor of privatizing most LEO functions. Only then will most criminals fear us and public safety exist in real time; not a product of a skin-headed reactionary police force. We don't need more police but less. I suggest you educate yourself more in world history.

That's the mantra: "Let us commit crimes against you or we won't 'protect' you from crime."

No cop or groupie has ever been able to explain to me why I should prefer one criminal over another merely because he wears a particular costume.

Again, you turn it into a rights thing when it only gives the LEO more ability to enforce laws and provide public safety.

1. "rights" is more than a thing ...
2. enforce laws? too many on the books as it is ...
3. public safety? a propagandic catch phrase to empower cops even more, both in military power on the people and in unionized/pensions, monetarily; actually, public safety should be largely privatized - take it away from government and runaway union / pensions which are bankrupting America ...
