Clarification of No Guns sign laws in OH

I have my OH CHL (as I believe is the current correct terminology here. But I can't for the life of me remember what my instructor said, and the websites I've looked at seemed unclear, so I'm hoping for some clarification. What is the penalty if caught carrying in a business posted "No Guns". I remember that there are not specific requirements on the wording or design of the sign, but I also cannot remember if these carry force of law, or what the repercussions are. Any legitimate clarification with sources cited would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ohio Law 2923.126(C)(3) says it is a fourth degree misdemeanor (trespassing)

However, posted parking lots/parking garages are not criminal trespass but merely a civil infraction.

4th degree misdemeanor is not enough to bar one from keeping their CHL correct? That's only a felony?

I really don't see why it is a concern. You are carrying the weapon concealed after all. Who is going to know you have one unless you run your mouth.
