Funny how 2 different sites can spin the story in a totally different way.

Wow. Both stories describe the dead guy as a robber and a pickpocket. Both say it was self defense. But Yahoo doesn't even mention that the bad guy ALSO had a gun.
Neither one mentions that $180 for a pair of denim shoes is also robbery.

Ya CNN and Fox's articles were more or less identical. I hadn't seen the yahoo one. Pretty sad. Tried as hard as they could to make a cut and dry self defense case sound like a cold blooded killing.

To me a pickpocket is someone trying to lift your valuables off your person without your knowledge. Pulling a gun and demanding it is robbery. Yahoo couldn't have tried harder to make the armed thief look like a victim.
