First, in New York, We the People have decided that you have to have a concealed carry permit to carry a handgun concealed and your handgun has to be associated with your concealed carry permit. The courts have found the permit and registration system to be constitutional, so it is a political issue. they way political issues get resolved is through elections, just as our founders devised. A real American would never dis the resolution of political issues through the election process. Only a traitor would do that.
Second, after a person dies he or she no longer has a political or constitutional right to own a firearm for self protection. Thus, the eligible voters of any state can vote to prohibit dead people from owning any firearm. Again, exactly as our founders devised. Only a traitor would dis our system.
Third, the fiduciary of a dead person is required to administer the estate, part of which would be the disposition of estate assets, including firearms. The legal disposition of a firearm in New York requires that it be associated with a concealed carry permit. If the firearm was not co-registered (the easiest way to pass on a weapon in NY) then the fiduciary is required to deliver the weapon to the local law enforcement agency for safe keeping until a legal disposition has been arranged.
Fourth, the "buffalo police are confiscating guns" is a chicken little media hyped story. all they are doing is enforcing a law We the People of New York have enacted just as our founders envisioned, and which the courts have found to be constitutional, just as our founders envisioned. The traitors might be upset by that, but real Americans are not. There may be real Americans who disagree with the political decision of the majority, but they respect the political process our founders envision.
