I was in W/M yesterday, looking for some sports items, when I met a friendly customer at the sporting goods counter. He mentioned that now, he was required to have a background check to purchase powder for his muzzle loader. This was at a rural W/M in Missouri.
I don't need a background check to buy ammo, but he does for powder?
I'm assuming it is in place for some terrorist uses? That's not going to stop a terrorist from getting materials. This poor law-abiding citizen is being punished by government control, for something he has done for 40 years?
Thoughts? Truth? Lie?
