Wife has been issued. Mine still in pending background check. She always has good luck LOL. Should have her play the lottery.

Well....I had my wallet stolen license and ss card was in there. I have a clean driving record without even as much as a traffic ticket. Should I be concerned?

Wife received her license in the mail today. No changes in my status. Still pending Background Check. Maybe next week. Hope anyways.

LOL the thing is she probably won't even carry. She went through it because I talked her into it. She is very proficient with her weapon but she probably won't carry much at all.

Today is day 90 for me Amie, just maybe there will be some progress this week. My wife received hers in the mail Friday. Maybe it would have been better for my fingerprints to be rejected by FBI the first time as well. LOL

They received mine either the 6 or 13 of March. I think the 6th :/ My paper that they signed was in my wallet that was stolen so I can't tell you for sure now

No luck on day 90. Could still take up to 30 or more days.

Day 50 here still hasn't changed they still don't even show that they have received my finger print card. I guess this way you have plenty of time to shop for everything you want to carry with and find ammo

I'm sure ASP staff is working hard, but if something isn't working efficient change it. They have been bogged down for quite some time. Adapt , improvise, overcome. Guess you can tell I am quickly growing impatient with ASP.

Your not the only one runner by now I should be waiting for background check results and you should have yours they have been backed up for almost 6 months and they aren't catching up there getting further behind I wonder how there not loosing people's paperwork with it stacked up like that

NO KIDDING. It just doesn't make sense that one can have to do another set of fingerprints because FBI rejected the first set ,have to get an appointment at ASP HQ for a new set then get theirs ahead of others that have been waiting. I am not mad or jealous that my wife got hers that quick, but it sure as hell don't make a lot of sense.

My wife sent in a second set of ink fingerprints after her first were rejected by the FBI. Then the second set were also rejected. We were ready to take time off from work to travel to Little Rock to get it done at the ASP Headquarters when the person there we were talking to for advise suggested we try going to a near by County Sherriff Dept that had some sort of high tech fingerprint capability. We did so and those fingerprints with notes from the Deputy that took her fingerprints were accepted. To explain, my wife does have a circulatory problem that has damaged her extremities somewhat.
