Pending final approval and print, then issued...passed through both phases the same day for me.

I've had a couple of students do the online registration and get theirs back in 26 days - early March to early April. One student says he did the online registration and it took him almost 60 days - mid-March to mid-May. None of my other students have let me know if they've sent theirs in or what the turn around time was.

I got mine on a Saturday. I just wonder if that was intentional?

Good to see it isn't taking *too* long. I didn't have a CCL while I lived in AR, but when I move back in a couple of years that will be among the first things I will do. I currently have a PA license... I wonder if I can get that converted to a non-resident license when I move while my AR license would be processing...


EDIT: Thanks gejoslin. I checked the PA requirements for PA non-resident and you have to be licensed in a reciprocal state. So, looks like I would be without a license until my AR one would come through after I move. Ah well, at least they are being issued in a reasonable-ish time. Maybe by the time I move in a couple of years the laws in AR will improve (open carry, Castle doctrine etc).

I received mine about 60 days after filing online. Mine came in the mail 1 week from the status issued

It took three weeks exactly for mine. That was January of '11. Mine may have come faster than most since that's probably a pretty slow time for applications.

Got mine, a couple of years back and it took 3-3 1/2 months to get my CCW. My wife got hers about a week and a half before I did!

I'm on day 19 and chomping at the bit. CCW instructor said most of the ones lately have been taking as little as 17 days and I being me set my mind to exactly 17 days..... Why do I cause undue stress upon myself.... geezch.
