Pick up a Bible sometime. It's much more difficult to hide your ignorance than it is to acquire knowledge. And it's no surprise to me that you obtain your knowledge of Christianity from a dictionary.

The bible does not contain a comprehensive listing of words and their definitions. I'll stick to source material that is much more pertinent to the issue at hand. When discussing the definition of a word, the most pertinent source material is a dictionary.

Great, but we aren't discussing scripture, we are discussing the meaning of the words "religion" and "christianity."
PS- I was a devout christian for 2 decades. I studied christianity in religious schools. I attended religious services multiple times a week. My knowledge of christianity comes from real-world experience. Again, stick to the facts.

There wasn't, which is why I no longer believe that a god exists. I studied the bible, I reached out to the christian god, I was open to its teachings and love, and I found no logical reason to believe that a god exists.

No, I didn't. I said nothing about whether or not a god is/should be logical. Stick to the facts, I posted about the logical rationality of a reason to believe in a god.
Go back and read what was posted. It VERY clearly says "logical reason", not "logical god."
Whether or not an entity is itself logical has no bearing on the rationale of believing it exists. Illogical entities can exist, but that has nothing to do with my post about the logical rationality of the reason for believing that a god exists.

Exactly, So factually prove that GOD and JESUS don't exist. I have posed this to you atheist repeatedly and you always dip and dive and play rope-a-dope and no one has ever proven they don't exist.

Also, keep in mind that I have not claimed and I do not believe that a god doesn't exist. Why are you foolishly asking me to prove such a thing?
