Remember all of the people who bit the bullet for the Clintons regarding WhiteWater? They had the Clintons dead to rights; that should have ended his presidency. Instead, half a dozen other people bit the bullet, went to jail, and the Clintons skated. I'm guessing that is what will likely happen here. Hillary and other underlings will be called upon to take the blame and provide Obama with enough plausible deniability about his role in Benghazigate to allow him to escape impeachment. I have a sneaking hunch that Hillary is about to find out how all those underlings who made it possible for the her and Bill to remain in the White House felt. She may have to kiss her presidential aspirations goodbye, but I'm betting that Obama remains in the White House.

I don't see any way that the states would ratify that, even if congress would somehow pass it.
That being said, I wouldn't it past Obummer to try to claim a third term, either by declaring marshal law, or arranging some kind of nastiness such as a terrorist attack.

Why do you think he is so intent on putting millions of illegals into a position to vote, and why, as a practical consideration, citizenship is being removed as a requirement to vote? He is going to need to need every one of those votes if that legislation (which is in committee right now) somehow actually makes it through congress and then goes to the States for ratification.

However, declaring an emergency and then suspending key provisions of the Constitution is a much easier way to achieve that.

I think the fatherless child will declare martial law following some uprising or terrorist attack or something of that nature, and then we will have no more elections for president.
The only recompense we have at this time is impeachment, then trial for treason, then hanging by the neck until dead come to mind... among other things.

It depends on what he has on her - and who, exactly, is backing him. If he has the support of the Bilderberg Group, as many suspect, she may not have much choice. Remember when he suddenly disappeared from the campaign trail for three days during his first campaign and nobody knew where he was? Hillary was the front runner and presumptive candidate for president at the time. But when he returned, suddenly he was the frontrunner and Hillary decided she could play second fiddle after all. What brought on those sudden changes? There are many who believe he was in attendance at the Bilderberg Group's conclave that happened to be going on at exactly the same time, and they chose to back him over Hillary. Again, if that is truly the case, she wouldn't dare to cross Obama OR his Bilderberg backers.

Have to say that reading this thread has been very interesting. Some excellent points for sure. Honestly though, I cannot help but to remain, as always, the undeniable cynic that I am. I still believe that nothing will come of any of it. The Socialist and the Wicked Witch of the South will come out of this with minimal negative impact on either one of them. Something, as always, is going to happen that will distract the masses. It's been happening since they have overthrown the nation and will continue.

The Administration had a few additional problems become visible over the weekend. It seems that everything Glenn Beck has been saying, and pilloried for, is proving to be true.

Top IRS officials have been targeting conservative and religious groups for scrutiny. Benghazi is becoming increasingly serious. It involves gun running, breach of international treaties, intentionally leaving Americans to die as part of the coverup and aiding and arming enemies of the U.S. CIA talking points were changed a dozen times. In the Boston investigation into the terrorist networks are proving far more extensive, including the Saudi flown out of the country.

The press, it appears, knew most of this and has been covering it up. It also seems that many of the news executives have relatives highly placed in the Whitehouse. Do you think this may be a conflict of interest?

If these investigations go nowhere, what does it say about the American people? Have we really become that complacent and stupid that we can ignore this. These incidents are not only criminal; some are treasonous. And if the liberals think these things are all right, what is going to happen when conservatives are in power and these precedents have been set. We are well on our our way to tyranny and reversing it is virtually impossible. We have already lost our republic and the completion of this tyranny only takes a few more steps. The final step is the complete disarming of American citizens. And for the liberals out there, the progressives on both sides of the isle have the same goals.
