I knew George Costanza was an Idiot...

ive always disliked the show seifeld, and always despised jason alexander. he simply is not funny, nor remotely smart, he is a dumbass who simply doesnt get it.

What do you expect from a short, fat, bald Hollywood liberal. He even tries to give us the correct meaning of the 2A. I guess being on a TV show for 10 years about nothing makes him qualified on constitutional law.

George Costanza is pretty much a "one hit wonder". His career is pretty much at a dead end and will probably not improve much by making stupid statements. He said just about what I would expect from a far left Hollywood liberal. The program Seinfeld appealed primarily to northeastern and left coast liberals. Most leftists thought Seinfeld was the most polular commedian alive; that distinction, however, belongs to a southern redneck, Jeff Foxworthy. I never thought the Seinfeld program was at all funny.

That's only because you weren't surrounded by the types portrayed in real life!:secret::laugh:

Who cares what Jason Alexander thinks. He knows about as much about constitutional law as I do about acting. Think about what he does for a living; he acts like someone else. Nuff' said.

Well then let's take mr can't-stand-ya's advice and confiscate the semi auto weapons from his security at his next event and give them muzzle loaders!!

Don't know this, but it would not surprise me if he uses armed guards to protect him when needed. the left are such hypocrites. Ex-mayor Daley from Chicago wanted the city to pay for 24/7 armed guard detail after he left office. I say he should depend on calling 911 just like he demanded the citizens of Chicago to do.

Guys, he has to do something! I mean, he hasn't worked in years. Only thing I've seen him do in a decade is play a serial killer on "Criminal Minds". His character had long hair lol.

Problem is BC that all the fans of the show take what this azzhat (I stole that) says to heart. Hollywood has a huge influence on the weak minded that cannot make decisions on their own and the Hollywood elitists know this and use it to try to win political influence for the liberal side. And they do it well.

I got to thinking, maybe he heard about Jon Lovitz's public rant and figured THAT is how has-beens get notice. The Jenny Craig commercials just didn't go far.

I'm fine with him stating his opinion. Everyone is allowed to voice their opinion right? Hr isn't an idiot just because you don't share his opinion. Ignoring him would have been better than posting about him on a forum. Oh well, I do love seinfeld. Funny **** about life and observing it with humor and irony. Check out Curb Your Enthusiam if you like Seinfeld.

It's absolutely his right to voice his opinion! And, it's absolutely my right to call him an idiot.

Here's why I think he's an idiot:

He is apparently unable to understand a persons Natural Right to self-defense. We all have that right, to defend ourselves, and our property from those who wish to take it. The most efficient and effective method of doing that, happens to be firearms. Also, being that criminals choose to use firearms to carry out their crimes means for me, to best defend what is mine, is to have an equal method of defense. Mr. "Castanza" is in a priveliged position, as he has never had to actually defend his life or property(to my knowledge). Thus, he is unable to see the importance of such a thing as self-defense beyond a theory.

He is also, apparently, unable to comprehend the words in which he reads. See below:
"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed"

Mr."Castanza" isn't able to understand the structure and meaning of a sentence and/or punctuation. The above, ensures a few things... let me explain. The first part tells the gov't that it has a duty to protect the right of the people to form a militia, one of which is necessary to the security of a free state. That means that the people of that state get to decide whether a militia is necessary to its security. You with me? The second part of it tells the gov't that it has a duty to protect the right of the people to keep and bear arms, or, in laymans terms... to own and carry guns. The very last part, the "shall not be infringed" part means that the gov't SHALL NOT infringe, or deny in any way either of these rights. It is very clear what the 2A means, one simply has to be able to understand words and their meanings, sentence structure provided by punctuation, and our Natural Rights as humans.

So, if someone isn't able to understand something as simple as a sentence, using some very simple words with basic punctuation... and his own Natural Rights, then yes, I say he is an idiot.

Strange, when reading some of the stuff here is eerily like watching a Seinfeld episode...a cast of eccentric characters, going through life with no insight into how bizarre they can appear to observers.

He has a 1st Amendment right to slam the 2nd Amendment. I think he was only referring to the AR-15, not the shotguns or handguns; however, he is an actor... nothing more, and his opinions are born from a life of pretending to be someone he's not. I doubt there is one person anywhere in the world (sitting on the fence regarding firearms) thinking to themselves "I wonder what Jason Alexander thinks about all this."
