WI 'Pepper Spray' Laws?

Just thinking about upgrading some pepper spray(2 oz Fox), mostly for aggressive dogs. I thought before WI CC there were some restrictive laws on defensive sprays, has that changed with CC? When I looked before most wouldn't ship any spray to WI. I see some sold in stores, so it must be legal to some level. Thanks.

O.K., I did some research & see it is legal, with a few particulars. I'll get around to buying some more. I have an older can that I will shoot off for practice.
