where does a person in a wheelchair learn survival tactic in minnesota preferably close to the twin cities

Try Krav Maga maybe? It's off 35W & 28th just south of downtown. My CCW instructor recommended them to me for some more advanced techniques. They train LEOs and have a self defense on a bicycle class. If anyone could adapt techniques to a wheelchair, I would bet on them.
