I live in North Carolina I was looking to get my concealed carry. I have an Entry Level Separation from the Army. When it says you can be denied if you have a Discharge other than honorable does that mean the Entry Level Separation will keep me from getting a concealed carry permit?
What does other than Honorable Discharge mean?

Your discharge was more than likely an administrative discharge which will NOT disqualify you for the NC permit. To receive an other than honorable discharge you would have had to have been present at a proceeding for it, like a hearing or trial, where you would have had the opportunity to present evidence/testimony to defend against a charge for violating the UCMJ which was brought against you.
