Surprise, surprise, I applied for a CC Permit on Feb.18 and received the permit yesterday, April 3.

Congrats! It still stymie's me the power this State gives to the local Sheriff. Although, State Law has been changed that the Sheriff MUST give lawful reason why he denied a permit. BUT, still no redress other then a letter to the Sheriff, NO State overview. Checks and balances comes to mind.
