Wait time for CCW permit in Durham County

Hello all,

Just a quick update, I finally received my CCW in Durham county. From the time the application was submitted to receipt of the permit was 14 weeks.

When I was at the Moore County Sheriff's Dept. yesterday (renewing my CC) they said they had a "huge backlog" to process. I'm sure most counties in NC (and other states) are experiencing a "huge backlog" as well!:hang3:
