Hello to my Michigan neighbors!
I am new to USACarry, but have been on IllinoisCarry for several years now following the progress of our CCW law. While not perfect, it's a start and I recently completed my application and now wait for my permit to arrive.
Regularly throughout the year, I visit Union Pier and New Buffalo. I have researched Michigan handgun laws and after our permits are in hand, will finally be able to defend myself and my wife while visiting.
Is there anything about these towns/areas that is different than the rest of the state? I understand you also have preemption so they should be in line with Michigan law.
