Windsor , NC volunter fire department is a have a sportsman raffle. Tickets are 20.00 bucks each. prizes range from cash to firearms. Rules and laws do apply. I heard that the ruger mini 14 is having a hard time getting here for the drawing. But a drawing every 5 mins is still good raffle.
