Apparently, in the infinite wisdom of the DoD, LGBT's will be able to get up to 10 days leave time (paid, for free) if they choose to get married while on duty. I don't know about you folks, but this sounds like paid time off for a honeymoon. Interesting how straight couples don't get the same consideration when it is difficult to plan a wedding when they are overseas as well.
Here's another wrinkle in all of this... all of us taxpayers will be paying for them to be on leave to have their wedding and honeymoon. How does that grab ya?
