I found some errors on the webpage regarding RI.
Rhode Island Concealed Carry Permit Information
1. AG permits are May Issue (Rhode Island General Laws 11-47-18) and local permits are Shall Issue if you meet the statutory requirements in Rhode Island General Laws (RIGL) 11-47-11. It's listed the other way around on the page.
2. Both the AG and the local licensing authorities issue to non-residents. If you apply locally, you need to have a permit from another State (not necessarily your home state..).
3. There is a typo in "Valid for 4 yeras"
4. We have had some good case law coming from the RI Supreme Court lately that confirmed that the local licensing authorities are Shall Issue and not May Issue. You can read more about it here
