South Carolina General Assembly politicians were disrupted from performing an end-run around established rules and COMMON DECENCY last week in attempt to give themselves rights to legally conceal a handgun "anywhere in the State".
South Carolina H. 3405 would have given them exactly such "privilege" while keeping normal, law-abiding CWP holders w/ the moronic, un-necessary encumbrances we currently bear.
