S&W 686 holster

I want the option to switch up my carry gun to my S&W 686, but cannot find a good holster at any of the gun shops in the greater Tucson area. I don't like the idea of mailorder an item like this but please give me some suggestions.

I am right handed, perfer right rear kidney placement, leather - NOT PLASTIC, outside the belt, no strap. and cost isn't an issue...

I like the Galco Phoenix but it has a thumb strap.

I carry an S&W 386 in a Don Hume H721 O.T. and I love it so much I bought one for my Glock 29.
