Anybody know where to find instructions on detail stripping Ruger P-series?
Apparently, Ruger wants you to ship the piece to them if you need new springs, etc, which seems to me like unnecessary trouble.

Actually, since you already either have access or own a PC, simply Google in the weapon you are interested in and a wealth of info will appear for your selection.
P-Series are some of the easiest to field strip. Just remember to lock the slide back, reach in the ejection port and push the ejector down into the mag well 1st.
Thank you to the people who've replied to my question.
It's true that the P-series guns are easy to field strip, but my question was more about detail stripping to get at parts like firing pins, ejectors, and all those springs inside the piece.
I've found a couple of books and websites that explain detail stripping, but the pictures are so unclear that they're not very much help.
