Ruger 4-Position Holster

Recently I have purchased a cheap Blackhawk LEO (crap) holster for my Ruger SP101 .357 and of course that was for use until I could find an adequate holster. I searched and searched for a holster that didn't have to be an IWB (although I'm a HUGE fan of CrossBreed, they don't fit revolvers with that large of a frame very well for me. I came across the Ruger 4-position holster and ordered one from Amazon for around $45. I was wondering if anyone had used this and if it is easy to use. Also, what does the 4 position mean? because in ALL of the photos listed it is a small of the back holster that uses a right or left hand draw for concealment under a jacket or un-tucked shirt. Can it also be used as a vertical holster for hip use as well? I like Bianchi and Galco; however, I figured that if I were to use the small of the back holster then the general problem of the revolver leaning out to the side would be fixed. Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks,
J
