Not for everyone but they have Makarov listed. I have been using mine every waking minute for ten months now. I give it a 9 out of ten.

I found the Peacmaker035 at Academy that works perfectly for my Makarov. Fits great IW or OW. It costs around $20.00. I also tried it with my SIG P250,but the SIG is too square in profile and tends to rub on the leather at the edges of the SIG. So I will use it only with my Makarov.
