Hi, I live in fort wayne/muncie Indiana. I have a quick question.
Im not 21 until april 17th, I will have my lifetime in 4-8 weeks. Im wondering, does my parent need to buy my glock for me, or can it be anyone that is 21.
You can buy your glock from someone else in a private sell. If your getting it from a ffl then it needs to be a gift and not something you payed someone else to get for you.
In Indiana, you MUST be 21 to purchase a handgun. Your parent may give you a handgun but you can not transport it (except in very specific situations) anywhere, until your 21.
By the way April 17, is a hell of a great day to have a birthday. I know of at least one trully great person born on that day.:biggrin:leasantry::biggrin:
