so the answer is...

Yes... he can do that .......because a Dictator can do whatever he damn well pleases. Doesn't matter if there is a Constitution... or if there are laws... a Dictator IS the constitution and a Dictator IS the law.

And with Obama (and whoever follows him) the United States is governed by a Dictatorship. In my not so humble and likely not popular opinion the Constitution has been ignored and/or perverted for many decades and Obama is merely the most obvious Dictator of a long line of Dictators.

But then, again in my opinion, Obama not only is the most obvious Dictator of a long line of Dictators he is also the most obvious sock puppet of whoever has been pulling the strings of all those Dictator puppets.

I get a kick out of some of the stuff that's posted on here. The truly sad thing is that the kookier the post, and the more outlandish it is, the more the basement dwellers fall for it.

I work with a man that is 54yo, single, never been married, doesn't have kids ( thank God! ) lives with his 78yo Mother and since they live in a double wide trailer, he has his "Command Post" as he calls it in the spare bedroom and any time I want to get him on a rant all I have to do is mention to him something that Navy Seal posted on this forum.

I would like to clarify something that was brought up earlier: the president's use of his personal "hit list" by which he uses drones to attack those HE has deemed to be enemies of this country does not equate to the global war on terrorism that had been authorized by congress which HE declared to be at an end. I already provided one link to this declaration; I can provide others if necessary.
