Job Description
Overwatch Firearms Training, LLC is accepting applications for contracted Firearms Instructors throughout the State. Contracted Instructors will be delivering Concealed Firearm License training to the public at a local range in your area.
Instructor pay rate: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour*
Schedule: 7 days a week, normal business hours (varies by location)
Instructor Requirements
Applicants MUST have a minimum of at least two years experience in Law Enforcement OR at least four years experience in the US Military in a combat unit or equivalent experience.
AND
Applicants MUST possess a current NRA Instructor Certification OR FDLE Firearms Instructor Certification OR Florida Firearm Instructor “K” License
Applicants MUST be capable of working alone, in an unsupervised environment, and be able to manage their own training schedule.
Applicants MUST be able to be responsible for maintaining training rosters and range related administrative tasks
Applicants MUST possess good customer service skills
Applicants MUST be able to identify a shooters fundamental shooting errors, and be able to provide correct modification to the shooters technique.
Applicants MUST be able to instruct for continuous long hours dependant upon the Range and Training Schedule.
Applicants MUST be able to receive and manage Google email and calendar instantly via Cell or Tablet.
