Open Carry in Alaska

What up? First time poster here.

I live in Tennessee and have my Handgun Carry Permit. I'm in the process of planning a trip to Alaska at the end of the summer. From what I've researched so far, Alaska is one of only two states that allow concealed/open carry without a permit.

I'm interested in carrying around Anchorage, Denali National Park, Fairbanks, and into the Arctic Circle.

Here's what I got so far as far as rules go:
1) You must notify an officer who stops you that you have a gun on your person.
2) Carrying is legal and even encouraged in state and national parks for self-defense, just don't go into the visitor's centers and other federal buildings there. Any animals killed because of self-defense must be reported.
3) No carrying where alcohol is served.
4) No carry around educational institutions.

Anyone got any good links or big pointers I should know about Alaska?

I made a trip to visit relatives 2 years ago. The rule that stuck in my mind is the requirement to have permission from the homeowner before entering a residence if carrying concealed. AS 11.61.220. Misconduct Involving Weapons in the Fifth Degree.
