NY Permit Holder wanting PA Non Resident License Where to go

I will be driving through Eire PA on Thursday, have any of you NY Permit holders gotten you PA licence in Eire PA?
Do you know of other locations? Re-entering NY from Ohio.

Erie County Sheriff is where you can go. The application above, $20, and your NY permit. I've heard that they issue while you wait.

Got mine in Mercer County - Sheriff's office - 10 minutes and had it in my hand

Another option is to get a Florida permit. It takes a couple months, costs about $100, recognized a lot of states.(including PA)

I already have the Florida non resident. I usually drive through Erie on my way home from St. Louis on Saturdays or Sundays. But this will be on a Friday so I figured why not.
