NW Iowa resident looking for MN carry class.

I am looking for a class to attend in order to obtain a MN non-resident permit to carry. Class must be held in the southwest corner of Minnesota. The closer to the Iowa/Minnesota border the better. Thank you.

If you can get a non resident Utah permit it covers Mn. I went with Utah Legal heat for that reason. Good luck in your decision.

I can get a Utah non-resident but I don't want one. That is why my question is specific as is the location I posted it.
