In-depth course description:
This training event will be the event many of you have wanted to attend for a long time. This is the highest level of training the NRA offers for the handgun. We will have most of the aspects to challenge yourself and your ability to defend you and your family. Trace Armory Group .LLC is known for providing the best levels of training, and this event will only add to our reputation as a quality provider of realistic training at the best value.
This course will have many layers of self-induced stress. Using a firearm and/or bladed knife to protect one’s self and family is a stressful situation. We will do our best to add levels of stress to this course. We will have small groups of training squads. Each squad will rotate between each instructor on the range for a total 4 hours in the morning. Then we will move to other areas for more in-depth and focused training for the rest the of the day.
You will have stress applied by each of the following or a combination of during live fire and force on force exercises: time pressure, accuracy levels, problem solving while shooting, shoot / no shoot situations, applying proper technique to move, shoot and communicate, simple and complex shooting (pass / fail) drills combined with the above descriptions.
