I applied and received my CCW last year, but all I received was a paper license. I know most states issue a plastic hard cards, like a drivers license. Is this normal or am I missing something?
Normal. NH Law prevents the taking of a photo and other information for a license. That along with the fact the the license is issued by your local police department and the fee is only $10 for 5 years means a paper license is probably the only cost effective method of issuing Pistol Licenses.
