Which banks in SC are are known to create NFA trust accounts?
I've contacted just about all of them in my area, and all of them say something like, "We'll have to look at your paperwork...", or "we have no experience with this kind of trust..."
Now, I don't have the time to go bank to bank with my paperwork, with each of them taking several days to "look" at my paperwork, and decide if they want to bother...
This trust was drafted by experienced lawyers licensed in SC and NC. So, I don't understand what the banks' lawyers want to "look" at, before they decide....
If you know for sure of a bank that currently accepts NFA trust accounts in SC, preferably Horry county, please advise.
