Newbie..waiting for permit to come

Hello. I'm a 30yo single mom living in SC. Sent in my CWP app 4 weeks ago, waiting for the 90 days. Lol. Until then, I'm buying what I will carry and can't decide between the Sig Sauer P238 and the Ruger LCP 380. Any advice/comments welcome!! Thank you!!
